SCTCA Resource Centersare established to provide programs and resources to SCTCA tribes. Programs and resources are focused on objectives adopted by the SCTCA board, which include: Youth Development, Education, Culture, Sports and Fitness. Technology and Parent Involvement.   SCTCA Resource Program Tribal Support Mission Statement Top     Tribal Program Support offers resources to SCTCA tribes to incorporate the Resource program objectives. Examples include: Tutors, GED prep courses, Sport Coaches, Parenting programs, Training, Resources and Networking, Equipment and Supplies.   SCTCA Resource Program Special Events and Programs Mission Statement Top     Event and Programs to service all SCTCA tribes. These events include, but are not limited to, The Sovereignty Conference, the Native American High Graduation Banquet, Native Surf Gathering, Inter-Tribal Sports, and Youth Development Programs.
