The TDV Shadow Project has been created to be a mentoring program that will take 6 community youth and provide them with training and mentoring on the current technology that the TDV Infrastructure is currently using. The purpose of this project is two fold in that we want to create potential candidates among the area youth and groom them towards working within the SCTDV Project and provide technology training that will enhance their education.
Overall, the TDV Project’s vision is to train the community that it represents and empower them to take the tools of technology and operate and manage the TDV Project for the future. The TDV Shadow Project keeps this in mind by specifically training the applicants on current technology used within the TDV Project. |
